Notes

  • This drink provides hydration and contains ingredients traditionally used to support digestion.
  • Ginger may help relieve mild nausea and support healthy digestion.
  • Turmeric contains curcumin, a natural compound with antioxidant properties, though its absorption is limited without dietary fat or black pepper.
  • No natural drink has been proven to “cleanse” or “detox” the liver. The liver naturally performs these functions. Supporting liver health is best achieved through a balanced diet, regular exercise, limited alcohol intake, and managing conditions such as diabetes or obesity.
  • If you have gallbladder disease, take blood-thinning medication, or have other medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider before consuming turmeric regularly.
