Ingredients
- 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the rosemary.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired, and serve warm.
Optional Additions
- A few slices of fresh ginger for extra flavor.
- A cinnamon stick for a warm, aromatic taste.
