Rosemary Tea for Everyday Wellness

Ingredients

  • 2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs (or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary)
  • 2 cups (500 ml) water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the rosemary.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
  5. Strain into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon if desired, and serve warm.

Optional Additions

  • A few slices of fresh ginger for extra flavor.
  • A cinnamon stick for a warm, aromatic taste.

Notes

  • Rosemary tea may support general wellness as part of a balanced diet due to its antioxidant content.
  • If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or take blood-thinning medications, consult a healthcare professional before consuming large amounts of rosemary.
  • If you have symptoms of a urinary tract infection, severe joint pain, or another infection, seek medical care rather than relying on herbal remedies alone.
