Note
Bay leaf tea is a traditional herbal beverage enjoyed in many cultures. While it may be a pleasant addition to a balanced diet, there is no strong evidence that it treats or cures conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol, joint pain, or high uric acid. If you have a medical condition or take medications, consult your healthcare provider before using herbal remedies regularly.
