Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe soursop (guanábana) flesh, seeds removed
- ½ ripe banana
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ½ tsp fresh turmeric, grated (or ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 cup coconut water (or cold water)
- 4–5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Remove the seeds from the soursop and scoop out the flesh.
- Add the soursop, banana, pineapple, turmeric, ginger, lime juice, and coconut water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice if desired and blend again.
- Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
